Disneyland

Our season passes expired on January 22nd and we are bummed. We made the decision not to renew until Bixby got a little older and its better to use the funds towards the house. We're seriously going to miss our Sunday night dinner at Disneyland.

She got her lollipop!

We are so excited! Baines got her lollipop which means she pooped on the potty. It seems so funny that I'm making such a big deal out of it but I'm freaking excited. One more step towards being potty trained.

This kid

She's had a hard time adjusting to the new sister. We've had some behavioral issues and we think its jealousy and looking for attention. I've had a hard time adjusting too. It's very difficult splitting time between both girls especially while nursing Bixby. She always wants me to "give Bix to dad" and hold her. I keep telling Baines how much I love her (because I totally do!) but I hope her 2 year old brain understands.

Christmas 2012

Christmas seems so long ago because it was here so quickly and we've had a lot going on (C section- Newborn- recovery- Nicholas' surgery- Christmas- recovery). We did have a lovely day shared with family and way too many presents for the girls.

My parents were able to come the day after Christmas (my dad's birthday) and spend time with us.  The Holiday's are about family and it didn't feel like Christmas to me until they were here to share it with us.
